Pros

It's a great entry level job to learn as much as you can.

Cons

Pay is poor and upper management is extremely clique oriented. Learn as much as you can and take your talents elsewhere.

Pros

Great coworkers, good vacation package.

Cons

They tend to over-promise and under-deliver in order to close a sale. When commitments are not kept, the employee is blamed instead of the salesperson who made the promises. Managers hold too much power over employees that do mot even report to them. There is a lot of finger pointing and "throwing under the bus." Senior Management stays out of manager-employee disputes even when they claim to have an open door policy.
