This is a fast growing company that is unfortunately not able to sustain its growth

I appreciate the opportunities I had during my time at Sagility. However, I must acknowledge that my overall experience was challenging. There seemed to be a lack of clear communication channels, leading to misunderstandings and a sense of uncertainty. Additionally, the workload was consistently high, impacting work-life balance. I believe there is room for improvement in fostering a more supportive and transparent work environment.
