Benefits include health insurance with low deductible and no premiums, 401k match, and over time pay on hours worked over 8 each work day.

Cons

Hectic, chaotic management. Horrible work environment and moral. Poor training after initial new-hire training.

Pros

Consistent and reliable work, great coworkers, paid insurance, 401K match, scheduled reviews and raises and no weekends. Management is fair and expects you to work when you are on the clock. This is a production facility that is growing and is not a company where you can slack off. This mentality is consistent from the production floor to the office. As long as you have a good attitude and are willing to put fourth consistent effort to do better this is a great place to build a career.

Short breaks and lunch.
