      Mismanaged, unprofessional and management thinks you are equivalent of Toilet paper.

      Pros

      Decent Pay, good co-workers, gas station near by, okay benefits.

      Cons

      Only brown nosers advance. You only get vaca approved if you haven't challenged management ever.They make the rules and schedule up day to day without discussing it with the people it affects. My first year I missed one day of work and only got an "okay" on attendance on my review. Others who missed more work and kissed arse got better evals. On both shifts combined they had about 4 mexican people and 1 1/2 black people. I once asked a coordinator why we didn't have a more diverse work force there, his response, "can't find any that will work". Very racist company.

      Pros

      This was a great place with steady work. The company is growing and constantly adding jobs. Good hours, weekends off, great pay, unbelievable medical coverage.

      Cons

      Hot summers! But it's a shop, so it's expected.

      Pros

      Initial interview is encouraging. Good prospects for future are discussed.

      Cons

      Long hours, no chance for advancement as discussed at interview. They make you feel stupid if you ask questions. Not encouraging for new entry level employees. You have to be in the family to have any chance at advancement. I advised a friend to apply here and am so sorry he took my advice and was subjected to such unprofessional attitudes and hiring methods.
