Flexible schedule, depending on where you are scheduled you get more/less freedom. Good basic experience for a recent college grad or someone still working through school.

Cons

Kind of always feel like someone is breathing down your neck. Very frantic for no reason.

Some good people within the company, interesting variety of projects.

Cons

Poorly executed company goals, salary is substantially below other market research firms, high turnover, human resource department is totally and completely useless. They often take on projects that are not realistic, without properly setting client expectations, and then cast blame anywhere that they can.
