Pros

Ehhh, sometimes you get free pizza

Cons

They treat their staff like their disposable! They work you to the bone! Even if you tell them you cannot take anymore jobs they will keep giving them to you, so disrespectful. The hours are so long, and they even expect you to work on the weekends! Don’t try taking a day off, they will tell you someone else has that day off, or it’s a blackout day. Even if you do get a day off expect a phone call from someone asking you something about your projects.

Pros

There are no pros for working for this company!

Cons

Upper management is horrible. They come and visit and do not even come to speak to hourly employees. They are very racist and upper management tends to only be nice to workers who are Caucasian women who are attractive. Low pay, use and abuse you, and then make up stories to get you fired. One of the worst companies I have ever worked for. You only go up in the company if you cry and plea to upper management rather than being a leader. Hours are never guaranteed and you never will get a bonus. A complete joke. Make you work 20 positions because project managers do not know how to do any work. They do not do anything.

Pros

Co-workers often have their hearts in the right place. In fact, they'll hire just about anyone largely because they know all too well about the turn over rate.

Cons

Unrealistic quotas Lack of training and communication Negative attitudes shared by everyone in the company Virtually no morale or incentive Clients are allowed to be as rude, intimidating and downright hostile because they're "like family." Lower level employees are encouraged to manipulate numbers because of "productivity" Absolutely NO room for advancement Nepotism and unprofessional behavior are actively encouraged.
