strange management practices - have to ask 4 different managers just to get an answer to a single question. feel like im constantly getting the runaround and lied to by management. a great deal of pressure and workload for very little pay and no promise of incentive or review. a lack of team spirit and constant sniping among employees at one another.

really nasty experience for the 2 years i worked in the philadelphia office. pay was barely above minimum wage,regardless of your background or education with no opportunity for review - not even once. low moral led to high turnover and lots of tensions, with swearing and fights. project managers quit without giving notice, leading upper management (who clearly didn't know what they were doing, esp the operations director) to hire people who also didnt know what they were doing. managers routinely told us how to fudge call records and lie. then we were forced to take on another office's workload cos they laid off almost all their employees. complain about your workload and watch your hours get cut. all for $11 an hour? i don't think so.
