I don't have anything nice to say.

Cons

Terrible management. Favoritism lends its hand to the wrong people holding positions they are unqualified for. Management treats recruiters so poorly I couldn't continue to be a part of such a negative environment. Not sure how anyone would be able to stay in this particular office with the dynamics- doesn't seem like much change will occur soon. Also doesn't seem to be much room for advancement?

The nicest coworkers I have ever had.

Cons

Terrible hours, terrible clients, no one defends you, no sense of teamwork about sums it up. People lower on the totem pole aren't held accountable at all which results in a lot of mistakes that the PMs are held responsible for despite it not being their job. I was making what would have been good money had I been working normal business hours but constantly working 12 hour days made it a laughable salary.
