For the adult looking for a new career this may not be the place for you. As an employee of the company I am very disappointed in how chaotic the work environment has become. I am one of many employees looking to leave this horrible environment. It used to have a family feel where everyone worked together to get a project done now everyone is at each others throat and reeking havoc.There was a time when you could go to management with a problem and they could help you resolve the issue. Now management is the issue. The majority of the senior employees who have the knowledge to help the office run smoothly have left the company and now we are left with college kids who barely did their assigned work running projects and working directly with clients. This is a company being run very poorly and I hope it turns around before it is too late.
