Pros

Work life balance for all CSR's that are all part-time. Good starting pay (now compared to before). No taking work home. You work with different people on a daily basis. Learn new skills each day. Easy work with lots of different aspects to it. Good amount of down time and lack of drama in the workplace.

Cons

No benefits. No one can get full time position unless you're a supervisor. Many slow periods in the year, so non-salary workers may struggle a bit. HR is not as involved with the company growing so far. Conflicts of interest between hiring and internal companies make it difficult to protect workers. Weekly/monthly shifts and payment change and you may not know your schedule until the weekend before your workweek.

Low Pay

Pros

It is remote. The people are great.

Cons

The workload is very difficult. They expect you to work over 8 hours a day. The pay is terrible. There is a high turnover rate. Taking PTO is very difficult, and finding project coverage is annoying. Your requests regarding the work load are ignored. All they care about is profit. No bonuses.
