Pros

Great pay...benefits...great management...great people to work around. It's been great for me so far....my worst day here doesn't even compare to other companies I've worked for. The training is great in my opinion. Everyone that I've encountered seems to be very helpful and kind. There will be bad days but nothing that cant be sucked up. I plan to retire here if nothing goes wrong.

Cons

No cell phone use but I'm starting to adjust. You may not like being gone...but the pay is worth it.

The benefits are great. Pay and time off, home every night, no weekends.

Cons

Richfield Ohio DOES NOT LET driver take off for their planned vacations! Vacation requests GET DENIED all the time 2 to 3 months ahead of time! Instead they have extra drivers and give them 'days off' in the morning 2 hours before their shift- THAT IS then their VACATION. Somehow Saia management calls this practice a 'reduced work day' which varies with the amount of freight for that given day.

Fairly good pay, Nice Building/Break Room, Fun activities throughout the year, great benefits. Idaho's best trainers!

Cons

Not many advancements opportunities, treat you like children with their attendance policies, very very busy, management is very a huge clique, if you aren't their friend, you get different treatment.
