      Inside Sales - They are paying for good reviews

      Pros

      Suck up to get praise. I'd like to get some praise so I am writing something here. They are 'paying' for good reviews on Glassdoor. They put pressure on you to write good reviews.

      Cons

      Management in the Inside Sales Department doesn't care where you go or what happens to you. You are expendable and worthless. They like to hire people who they can boss around and who won't talk back. Preferably kids right out of college, who have no other experience to know what is happening in the department. Mental & verbal abuse in the department from management is rampant unless you are a favorite, expect to receive absolutely no special treatment or even be treated like a human being.

      Pros

      Decent pay, 98% great people to work with, decent equipment, 401k match, health benefits, company supplied uniforms are mandatory.

      Cons

      Nit-picking management. Cameras everywhere including in the truck to watch the drivers, micro-management, expanding too fast to focus on main goal: moving freight and keeping customers happy. No phones or C.B. allowed to be used in the trucks, zero tolerance policy for ANY communication device, first time suspended and second time termination, forced overtime for everyone. Despicable unsanitary bathrooms. Paper towels have been cut due to budget restraints. They installed blowers that are useless. Morale is terrible since the company decided to put cameras in the trucks to watch drivers. Everybody I know is looking for another job.

      Pros

      No pros!! Pay is bad for the crap you are expected to do. Trainers think they are Premadonnas and talk down all new prospective employees. That is the pros...

      Cons

      Dispatchers are anti-driver. Rude and unorganized don’t care if you’re waiting for freight. Cameras watching your every move and you will be written up for the smallest mistakes. IE reaching for a drink of water. I recorded all conversations to protect myself. You should too!! Don’t waste your time on place. Keep looking. You will thank me for this advice.
