      Flexible Schedule that should offer work life balance Great Health Benefits free after 10 years with company

      Cons

      Extremely micromanaged Management is unexperienced often contridicts self Change bounus structure yearly near impossible to keep up with. Release goal mid quarter hard to manage TONS OF BILLING ISSUES OUTDATED TECHNOLOGY

      Great pay and benefits, opportunity for extra work, my manager is a pretty good guy. He’s easy to communicate with and will work with you.

      Cons

      I really don’t have any cons, I mean I guess I’d love a $1 Million an hour for 2 hours of work a week….
