Pros
I believe this is a great place for students to work. The pay is great and the hours aren' t too bad.
Cons
One downside to working at Saia is that parttime employees are not offerred any benefits. Also, in order to earn vacation time or get paid holidays, a person has to average at least 25 hours a week to get these benefits. These hours can sometimes be hard to get for a student especially when the managers try their best to keep hours at a minimum.
