      The pay is really good.

      Cons

      I will start with equipment the worst old trucks. I hope you don't have a family cause they will work you up to 15hr. Dispatchers will have their favorite drivers and will hold keys for those drivers. we have gone through 3 terminal managers in one year. The open door policy is a joke dispatch will not let us talk to our managers. Best quote " take the truck if not go home" by dispatcher i will not tell anyone to work here unless you like stress in your life and i mean alot, big turn over on drivers.

      There are some nice regular people that work there.

      The higher ups in management are atrocious. I wish the Board of Directors would take a look at some of the corporate officers and give them the boot. In my opinion, that is where the problems starts and ends. Specifically, the Controller and CFO are horrendous. As someone who worked outside but alongside the company for a time, I can tell you that they are clueless. If a thorough review of their job performance was done, they would be out. Period. It was actually kind of a joke for us who say their management style. If that is what you could classify it as.
