Pros

Coworkers where always friendly the pay is great if your high enough in seniority to keep a job when lay-offs come around

Cons

Cameras, Equipment, and Management are all horrible creating a vary dangerous situation on the roadways. aggressively avoid these big Red trucks!!! Layoffs also occur often they don’t call them that though it’s called restructuring

Pros

The pay and working day's and hours

Cons

You don't want to work here they hire and fire driver's like crazy and you won't have a secured future there they micro manage their driver the dock worker and even the office staff through their camera's the TM the ATM and safety and HR are a joke this is the worst place I EVER worked they tell you that they have a open door policy it's more like if you say something and we will show you the door policy that's their open door policy. If you go there and apply they write you up for anything to make a paper trail for you won't be able to get unemployment and to get you out of there. If they talk down to you and belittle you or yell at you it's because they don't want you there. Your just a fill in until they get enough of their own driver that went to their course "school" and they will replace you this place is so cold harted they grounded me the day after Christmas and fire me right before NewYear Eve. If you get a interview don't fall for the we HIRE TO RETIRE it's more like We Hire To Fire driver and then try to tarnish your driving record Right Jake. BEWARE STAY AWAY. And also they Audio record your conversation in the truck and listen in. If you're not like you are out in less then 9 months I move up 20 spot in the seniority boardthat fast. The driver trainer that gives the class I ask him what you have to do if someone is tailgating you and someone cuts you off what should I do he said slam on the brakes and I told but someone is tailgating me he says so what he shouldn't be tailgating you and told me don't look back and don't use your mirror's. These driver trainers don't even have 1 million mile under their belt for what I was told from other drivers that been there longer. They want to be about safety but they want you to pull a pup trailer that weighs 25 or 26 thousand lbs when that's unsafe I have the proof I wrote down everything for dates to trailer numbers and manifest numbers.
