Pros

Salary, however you understand after working 12+ hours a day, why you are compensated above industry standards.

Cons

Poor Management, dysfunctional culture, lack of communication among the employees internally. They continue to bring in outside consulting firms to have round table discussions with customers in hopes of gaining a better understanding of what the customer expectations are, when in fact the Account Managers and Drivers are continually providing feedback on this topic. Administrative work for Account Managers equates to 70% of any given day. If you are continually addressing the same issues, you are not going to be able to grow new business, instead you are only working to hold on to current customers (Retention). Not good business practice.

Pros

Good pay Good benefits Raises Opportunity for growth

Cons

Employees who were nearing retirement and had dedicated over a decade to the company were laid off under the label of a “workforce reduction.” Many were just months away from earning an additional week of vacation. Unfortunately, their years of service were met with little regard—no alternative positions or internal opportunities were offered. Despite their long-standing commitment, they were given two weeks’ notice and let go. It’s clear the company prioritized cost-cutting over employee loyalty and well-being.
