Among all the good people there’s a toxic minority that hide behind HR. They laid people off by the dozens during COVID.

Top out in 2 Years, currently 29.96 hr. Raise every 6 months to top. Excellent health insurance. Very low premiums! Vacation time is adequate and rolls over if not used. No weekends. Paid holidays. Uniform allowance. 401k match, 50% up to 6% of pay. 5 PTO per year. Overtime after 40hrs

Cons

Bad loads. Lots of damaged freight and bad routing. CAMERAS in tractors used for discipline . No leadership. Employees are just a number. Late morning start times. No encouragement, support or communication with employees. Horrible training program.
