      They care about employees, good salay

      Cons

      no remote work, it used to be a hybrid schedule and it was perfect.

      Chill Place But Lacking Some Professionalism

      Pros

      Very relaxed place to work. The benefits are good, especially if you plan to stay for years. A very good environment for the older crowd. A lot to learn here in IT if you’re starting off because of how underdeveloped the department is.

      Cons

      Hard to be taken seriously unless you’re the type to be loud. They pay below average and can take years to hire you from Contractor to Full-time, always pushing the date back. Work From Home benefits were pulled away, even though certain employees and Contractors are still able to WFH.
