      The culture at SailPoint is second to none, with everyone being on board with the company's "Four I's" (Innovation, Integrity, Impact and Individuals) and pulling in the same direction. Everyone, from top to bottom, will help to get things done. A leadership team that cares and listens. Very autonomous: my diary is my diary and I'm treated like an adult. Effective: When I see something that could be changed for the better, I can easily talk them through with the leadership team and make them happen. If the Four I's resonate with you, then this is the place to work.

      SailPoint is a successful, expanding organisation, and with that comes change as it shifts from a small company, through medium and beyond. Expect change, but expect to be part of a team that is driving it.

      SailPoint is a great company to work for. There is an excellent leadership with a great vision. We have the latest and greatest sales tools that gives us a great inside in the local business. Culture is awesome, it's a team where everybody want to be help each other to be successful.

      No experience until now, just happy to make to choice to work for salePoint.
