Pros
For someone that's been in the professional workspace for 20+ years, it's basically impossible to find somewhere SailPoint doesn't check the "I'd want to work there' box. Top pay, top benefits, autonomy, work/life balance, friendly and inclusive environment, work remote friendly, and the list goes on. I'm very happy I learned about this company and decided to join.
Cons
Not really a con per se as it's just the nature of the business, but products are very technical and complicated to implement. However, SailPoint is continuously working to improve the process.
