      Pros

      - work/life balance is more than a phrase to make everyone feel better - genuine appreciation is shown for hard work

      Cons

      - it's a growing company that hasn't quite caught up with itself yet - but I'm confident it'll get here - onboarding is very US-centric - which is fine when most people hired are US-based - but does leave non US employees a little in the dark. HR don't have enough resource to cope with the influx of staff - so could do with some bolstering

      Fast moving company that's leading the market. In the last year or so the company has been expanding quite rapidly, so alot of new faces.

      Cons

      There are alot of very aggressive competitors in the IAM space. Its wise to understand upfront all the elements of SailPoint's offering that's deemed a differentiator.
