      Pros

      Great leadership with good learning opportunities. Teams are cohesive and there is a lot of scope to learn and grow. The best part is that SailPoint is one of the most people centric companies I have seen, and you will always get all the support you need during your tough times.

      Cons

      The products need good background of Identity Governance. If you have not worked or familiar with IDG terminology, you might find yourself in no man's land at times.

      Pros

      - Sailpoint acts and tries to fulfill all the requests, like one company and one policy globally. - Perks - Infra - USA managers and their management are awesome if you are lucky to work under them. They understand the Life balance. And they do listen to us never acted like a boss or act like doing one-way communication.

      Cons

      Nothing much, except the India center management. Not that serious but a little bit of change is required in the process and balance.
