Decent benefits, especially if you have children that will be attending college (SLU) soon. Good 403(b) match of 10% for your 5%. Hope they keep it.

Cons

Enrollment is down impacting salary increases and expenses across the board. Have discussed reducing the 10% 403(b) match. Raises have been averaging 2% every other year for the past few years.
