Some remote work flexibility (depends on your specific department). Long holiday break for Christmas (1-1.5 weeks).

Cons

Terrible pay in this economy combined with infrequent/limited pay raises which may or may not happen each year. No incentive to work harder when pay increases are so restricted and unperforming workers have little to no consequences for poor performance. Many departments are understaffed with tight budgets and extra work for the average employee. Could have some improvement overall with the new president but future potential does not outweigh present reality.
