Pros

If you are currently employed by Saint Louis University, and have been for a number of years, your children are given cheaper tuition. Being a Jesuit University, they also strive (somewhat) for a good work life balance, which can be hard to find elsewhere in today's economy.

Cons

Management can be lacking at times, often times not seeing the big picture, or seeing the big picture and just not caring.
