it is a nice place to work. a lot of friendly people. I like the environment a lot. It just pays little.

Cons

It does not pay a lot. The supervisor job is very busy to some extent and only got 10 dollars per hour.

Pros

Everyone seems very aware of the fact that employees come in to work while they are earning a degree, and everyone seems to realize that the great talent will leave SLU the very moment they graduate. There is an understanding and appreciation for the latest management knowledge and everyone is laid back.

Cons

Since the brightest workers come in and get their degree and then leave, only the less competent managers stay working for the university after they graduate. They seem very resentful.

It was very good i loved it the people are nice and very warm and they are smart and wit

Cons

on the other side, the sheer size of the humongous downstream bureaucratic hierarchy is making problems
