Siloed No communication from middle management Students get bounced around from person to person because no one knows what others are doing.

Pros

Tuition benefits for employee and family are excellent. Overall the benefit package is one of the best I have seen. There is a sense of community within SLU. SLU is very big on charity work; throughout the year there are several opportunities to give to the community.

Cons

At times within the Executive Management, it can be very political.
