Pros

The benefits are good. It's a low pressure work environment. The opportunities for internal career advancement and higher ed advancement are good but see the "Cons" for more details.

Cons

It's about 10 years behind the curve and is slow to adapt to current business practices. If you aspire to advance your career in the "real world", this isn't the place for you. The most talented and intelligent employees don't stick around for very long. The upper level management is cliquish and is only interested in "yes" men or women.

Pros

Great people, Great students. Overall strong feeling of community and devotion to the Jesuit goals and the bettering of the city of Saint Louis.

Cons

Overall it is a good experience, however, access to facilities is sometimes limited. Students find it difficult to get into buildings after hours for studying, group meetings, etc.

Treated with respect, good pay, quality education, open door policy. Help is always available and it's a fun place to work

Cons

Location isn't the best, parking can be difficult, policies constantly change and are hard to follow. You are also stuck with coworkers for long periods of time that you may not like
