Pros

I gained hospitality knowledge and customer service skills during my time here.

Cons

Unorganized, operate from a "not enough" mentality when it comes to money (i.e. housekeeping department did not even receive money for toilet bowl brushes just before the Middleburg resort opened), lack of proper training, bad leadership, no appreciation for employees (resulting in high turnover and loss of very good employees), no room for work-life balance, no security no matter how long you've worked there, leadership talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk.

Pros

Great management team, very friendly and understanding. Great hours and pay, there is an automatic tip involved with everything invlolevd in the Spa, and you get a portion of it. The more people that come, the more money you get on your paycheck (not including cash tips!)

Cons

It is retail, you are doing the same thing every day. People pay good money to go to the resort and the expectations are always high, meet the expectations and the tips are good, don't meet the expectations and prepare to get a mouth full.
