Pay is good, at least for drivers

Cons

There is no management, only bossing. Any moron can be a boss (and many are) but it takes work and empathy to manage -- No one at Henderson understands that. Part-time employees, although we work as hard as full-timers, are treated like the red-headed stepchild, receiving no PTO, no toll bridge help and being left off the schedule completely, since the company, having made money hand over fist during the summer season, apparently doesn't believe in loyalty, although it demands it. Horrible place to work, other than the money. Horrible management. Horrible treatment of part-timers. They'll probably fire me for telling the truth, but it's no loss to someone who wants to be treated as a valuable adult.

Beautiful resort, great concept, but way too many issues

Cons

Horrible upper management, totally out of touch with the concept of delivering value to the customer. Terrible policies that really put staff between rock and a hard place when dealing with guests. Sales department was encouraged to essentially flat out lie about the property, causing guests to be disillusioned by the time they showed up.

Amazing property that never gets old to look at. Banquet department is sturdy. Can't speak for other F&B outlets.

Cons

Long and tiresome hours. Sometimes rewarding. Cannot make your own hours. Holidays are always rough.
