The employees are are awesome/ very inviting when you come in. Smiles for days!

Cons

The management have a slight clueless vibe about them. I had bigger expectations for a potential 5 diamond company, was let down.

Pretty setting. Small organization which leads to opportunities if you are able to stick around with the "in crowd" of those who have remained since the beginnings.

Cons

Unorganized structure where you are forced to wear many hats and spread yourself thin in many areas to make up for lack of organization. Politics.

The picturesque beautiful setting that abounds the grounds of this boutique hotel set in historical Middleburg Virginia. Has so much potential.

Cons

Unfortunately management will not provide the equipment needed to get the job done as stated in interview process view along with giving a inaccurate description of position. The departments do not work together rather every department is out for themselves.
