      Remote Work - No commute, and better work-life balance. Great people - Supportive team, collaborative environment, positive company culture. Good Benefits - Competitive Benefits package, Retirement, & other perks New Position - Opportunity for Growth, learning new skills, fresh challenges. Aligned Values - Aligns with my faith and beliefs.

      Adjustment Period from learning a new role and systems, and different workflows compared to previous roles.

      At least the paychecks were deposited on time.

      Cons

      Head boss has zero education and experience in media. He is just a used car sales man that should never be in charge. Ran the station into the ground and we all lost our jobs.

      work remote thats it!!! no other pros

      Micromangment! Toxic Work Culture! Stuck in the 80's Favoritism Cheap with Pay Too many meetings that are worthless constant breathing down your neck No one wants their crappy networks or programs with no ratings Management sucks the life out of you You will be winning awards and then laid off They suck as a media company and hope they fold! No room for growth
