      Salem is great but Nashville Office is NOT

      The mission of the company is great and they produce wonderful content.

      Cons

      Leadership of the Nashville office is not qualified. If KA was gone then the division could thrive. Leadership is all over the place with zero direction.

      Locally friendly and dedicated staff.

      Cons

      Small staff, trying like everyone else, to do more with less people. Difficult to earn and money/bonuses and very, very top-heavy. If you are to advance, make sure you're a man.
