-Great work/life balance -Company culture is great. Everyone is kind, considerate, and companionable.

Cons

-The company is not currently matching 401ks. -Pay does NOT reflect recent inflation. They pay well for 2015 if that tells you anything. -Raises are unlikely unless you get a new role, which is equally unlikely. - Way too much focus on radio. Tell me honestly: When was the last time you turned on AM radio?

They tend to care about their people at every level, and really everything just sort of stems from that. It's super-positive generally, and most everyone here thinks that the work we are doing is also positive in nature. People here all tend to root for our respective successes, and in-fighting/internecine strife simply doesn't happen in any significant way. We're all pretty much on the same page, working towards the same goal(s)

Cons

Every major corporation is going to have varying levels of bureaucracy, and ours is not immune. Sometimes creates logjams - but not the biggest deal in the world.

Far Right Out of Touch Media Company

Work from home with one in office was good.

Cons

Management doesn't have a good understanding of digital media. Plus, hard to get sales unless people who buy believe in the far right agenda. Benefits were also expensive and not the best.
