Pros

Drama-free work atmosphere. Management does a great job at bringing in new hires that fit in and want to contribute. Good benefits and a lot of flexibility when personal time is needed. In my team and from my experience, even after stressful situations, we recognize the overall mission and can see that our work makes a difference in people's lives.

Cons

A Company in Need of Direction

Pros

The company has a staff dedicated to sharing the gospel in a number of mediums. This is a company that understands the audience and how

Cons

There's almost no focus on developing employees and helping them to grow. If you want mentorship and guidance on advancing, you'll have to do so on your own time and at your own expense. Far too many talented employees leave because this is missing. Really, this all points back to a lack of clear vision. The company floats from one good idea to the next, snatching up properties that seem like a good idea at the time and going after whatever market seems like it will grow. All the while, there's no real direction as to who we are or what we stand for. This means that projects rise quickly and die just as quickly because there's no long-term planning. You can expect to jump on whatever idea management likes at this moment at the expense of projects that take time to grow. This means missing the best opportunities to run after ones that may or may not be so good. In the long run, this type of management style will cause a slow loss of traffic and trust among the Christian audience.

Pros

Local office and people were great

Cons

Company is a disaster. Sinking ship and all the corporate executives are trying get as much money out of it as they can. No one buys radio anymore and the digital campaigns are just overpriced crap. They have horrible products and charge local companies thousands of dollars and promise them results they never get. Do not work for this company. They should honestly be shut down for what they do. They are not a Christian organization anymore and have completely sold out.
