      Pros

      I company who's mission is it's faith and the promotion of values to the community. They allow a very healthy balance of work and family with the belief that family comes first. It's the best radio company in the country to work for.

      Cons

      The radio properties are smaller than general market radio and that makes it harder to sell.

      Pros

      A lot of nice people. This isn't quite the place for cutthroat sharks if you're looking for a caring environment. (Maybe there are some sharks, but most if any don't stay long)

      Cons

      Time off, compensation aren't big. There is definitely a struggle to balance "Christian" with "Publicly traded". "Publicly traded" wins more often, especially if your back is against the wall trying to make budget month after month.

      Pros

      Definitely had some of the best people I have worked with. We often had the opportunity to work with the latest software.

      Cons

      A struggling sector and it shows in compensation and especially benefits, especially in paid time off, only two weeks off to start.
