Pros

Benefits. Located near a metro station.

Cons

Management does not llike to promote the station to increase listeners. Programming is dated and boring. Station has a hard time attracting new listeners and advertisers. Therefore, it is difficult to sale radio ads and make commission. It is a constant turnover of sales representatives. No women in management roles.

Pros

As expected with a company formulated around Christian values, there is a level of ethics and work-place morals that are applied. This would be a great envornment for people who are concerned with professional issues of that nature.

Cons

The station itself has an atrocious turn-over rate. The sales-cycle is expected to be around six months, yet they will terminate employees within four. Corporate is slashing benefits, and there is no longer any 401k matching programs. It is hard to keep track of the turnover of upper management, and the way they are always re-structuring sales strategies makes your head spin. Also, if you are not an "evangelical" believer, you should save yourself the inquisition.
