      Pros

      I just started, but the interview process went very smoothly and the correspondences were prompt and accommodating. The coworkers I have met so far have all been friendly and I look forward to growing here at the company!

      Cons

      Currently the only thing I can say is that I miss having people in the office! That is not the company's fault of course, and the blame falls on the pandemic. It is good that the company prioritizes the health and safety of their clients and employees.

      Pros

      I am totally enjoying working for Salem Media group in Nashville TN. Good salary plus commissions and bonus's, as well as great benefits. We have a great team where everyone works together to get things executed for our advertisers and of course our listeners. We deliver results for our clients! Great station and grateful to be a part of the team!

      Cons

      signal strength on the broadcast side doesn't have the reach as former stations I was employed throughout my 20 year career in broadcast, 20 years ago. That would help us for sure ratings wise in this market. However, we offer excellent digital means of reaching our listeners not able to pick us up on the radio.
