      Pros

      Excellent, caring people! Progressive thinking at times. Great work environment. Very good compensation set up for the media industry. Necessary changes made a few years back to strengthen both company and station clusters around the company. Very good at diversifying revenue streams and keeping current with online opportunities. Do well at securing market share in their "wheelhouse".

      Cons

      New order and traffic system that is bogging down the sales teams and the sales process. Occasional "reactionary" management style that flows downward impeding sales.

      Pros

      They pay you on time.

      Cons

      I was hired for a management role and not allowed to make any decisions without alerting 2-3 other managers. Religion and cultish ideas were consistently pushed on employees. Business meetings were littered with homophobic, racist and sexist comments.

      Pros

      I really enjoy the perks in the office and the fact that they readily supply you with the tools necessary to succeed. The atmosphere has a great balance of work and fun and the people are fantastic. They've done a great job of hiring people that fit the office culture and are GREAT at their area of expertise.

      Cons

      In most companies I've worked for getting to the next level of vacation time is a bit faster. You have to complete 11 years before you get 3 weeks of paid vacation. Salary could be a bit higher to match that of competitors.
