Operations Management knows who they are going to hire internally before they post positions Operations Management is quick to judge and use perception There is to much work and not enough people in Operations People are stuck in their roles for years before possibly moving up Operations Management plays favorites You work for a student loan company but your degrees and certifications are not acknowledged Operations Upper Management doesn't let leaders lead Management is afraid to make decisions on the fly, everything requires a meeting and takes days/weeks for a response. There computer systems are horrible. Everyday there's some type of computer issue that requires the help desk. Agents need to be logged into15 systems to complete one call. This has to change.
