Great pay! Poor decisions!

Pros

Fantastic pay and benefits. Great growth potential for someone coming in from the ground floor, depending on where you are employed or willing to go to. They strive to do right by the employee in the way of benefits and pay. Most of the time unlimited overtime and possibility of getting bonuses in the 4 figures a month!

Cons

Terrible HR department, they tried to 'centralize' the HR, which meant your HR department has no idea who you are. Terrible decision making in the executives, seemed like much of the decision making was born out of cronyism. Several changes were made to the company that just did not make since, even to most of the officers of the company that are supposedly trusted.
