Pros

- This is a great place to learn and build out your resume - Attractive pay/benefits, but RSU and bonus packages aren't guaranteed - Remote/Hybrid still a possibility (for now)

Cons

- Process is non-existent and a constant struggle - Teams are extremely siloed with huge communication gaps - Toxic culture: Employees may experience job insecurity and fear of being unfairly blamed for issues. - Blame Game: There seems to be a culture where employees are sometimes thrown under the bus to deflect responsibility from higher-ups who were unable to outline proper process/timelines and set teams up for success
