Pros

I was involved in good work when I was given things to do, and when I was busy felt like I was getting really good experience and everything out of an internship that I wanted

Cons

There was a lot of friction between work assignments, leaving me with several days at a time between projects with nothing to do, and it just made me feel like not enough planning was put into preparing my internship, as well as I found the environment a little difficult to foster connections with coworkers
