Pros
Competitive PTO and a hybrid schedule were the only two reasons I stayed as long as I did.
Cons
My senior "manager" for the last year must have had dirt on somebody upstairs. That is the only explanation for the complete incompetence, laziness, backstabbing, etc, I witnessed go on while they somehow kept their position during the company's lay-offs. I would never recommend any friend or family member to work here.
