Work life balance is great in the Newton Office. Managers understand you are humans first, that are working to live, not living to work. Managers for the Newton office fiercely advocate for their teams' development, growth, and time. The quality of the people are fantastic.

Cons

Digital organization could be more efficient and less siloed in terms of how work starts, is designed, then developed, but as someone who has been here for nearly 4 years, I see this improving with the recent customer experience leadership changes. Projects are often tabled after months of work due to inefficiencies, technical, or legal issues. Teams could be more involved from the start; despite an agile environment sometimes feels waterfall.

In recent years, the company has undergone a lot of changes — some which aren't completely understood by employees. The number of changes has created uneasiness and fear, which is to be expected in these types of situations.
