Pros

There is a great sense of comradery within IT, cross team collaboration! Virtual first workplace, options for fully remote or hybrid positions. Fun events onsite on the second Tuesday of each month. Managers care about professional growth. Fun and caring CEO. Lots of growth opportunities if you are willing to fight for them

Cons

Lots of work to be done, infinite backlog
