Pros

The discount and customers were nice.

Cons

The upper management has never worked on a store level, the TWO mandatory weekly conference calls that are scheduled to only be 30 mins each are never under an hour, sometimes going as long as two. The people who PULL YOU AWAY from your job to repeat themselves twice a week, talking lead measures and behavior tracker and sales are the same to get mad when you don't make goals. The insist you can meet goals on single person coverage around these calls too. News flash. YOU CAN NOT MEET GOALS when you pull us away from trying to make them. There is MINIMUM TRAINING. Parking new hires including managers in front of a tablet, throwing them from store to store to be trained by five other managers who also don't know what they're doing is not training. Then later have the NERVE to ask us "wheres the disconnect" when we're struggling in our stores. Example, I was never trained how to process damages. I asked for help THE REGIONAL manager said "ASK an associate. I don't know how to use the POS"

Pros

The product/samples are awesome! The people you work with are amazing and what made me stay as long as I did.

Cons

The company used to be a fun place to work and the energy was more inviting and then there was a change in management along with COVID restrictions making it difficult however a lot more could have been done. The company cares about the bottom line. The pay is way below industry averages.

Pros

Free samples Employee discount Quarterly bonuses

Cons

Constant realignment, teams cannot grow with a leader for ever feel stable. Leaders who preach diversity and inclusion but refuse to learn what LGBTQ stands for. Not trust from upper management- complaints taken to HR about your supervisor are brought to your supervisors attention with your name attached. Store teams are grossly underpaid- we are told that the work/life balance makes up for the low pay rates , yet store managers were constantly told to work from home and had to always be on. Upper management would talk down about the need to be politically correct and inclusive. Heard them speak disparagingly around gender identity and the Trans community. Stores would be scheduled to close, teams already ,over on and inventory transferred out when we would suddenly discover the store was now staying open. Communication was constant- Friday nights, weekends. We were constantly chasing information and had no actual time off. Complete disconnect from home office to field around workload, technology challenges , safety concerns, theft , payroll expectations
