      Discount. Getting to know customers.

      Middle management is something to be desired. Store managers are catty and petty. Most of them sit in the back room and don’t work, talk on the phone all day and gossip. Leave the employees to do everything alone with poor direction. They have a task manager app that is confusing. Auto schedules have most employees working under 29 hours but spread out in 5-6 shifts weekly. Some shifts are for 2-3 hours at a time. When the managers interview, they are so unprofessional. They will hire just about anyone to fill the hours. And the hedgehog thing is stupid.

      You can pretty much do whatever you want...just as long as sales are good.

      Cons

      Management has no clue what they're doing. District management only cares about sales...they don't care about our safety. We're often left to work alone at any given time. They deeply cut hours on short to no notice and they have us monitor our numbers. We don't get commission so sales means nothing for associates, it only helps management. We don't get incentives for selling. There's too many cons for me to keep going...seek employment elsewhere if possible.

      Unappreciated Drama All the time Pay is terrible If you’re a hard working, motivated, and determined employee don’t waste your time here no matter how much you do in sales or no matter how great your customer service is you won’t be appreciated at all and you will be taken advantage of here
