A variety of projects where you can learn new skills Open communication to and from management Work hard and you will be rewarded with opportunities They will tap your experiences to help where needed, love this! This place is growing, and fast The communications I receive tells me they are always looking to improve and evolve - that is another thing I love.

Cons

I was not super impressed with the medical benefits when I first started but they have improved in the short time I've been here.

I am very excited about how we provide paths forward and upward in the data center world for veterans looking to apply the discipline they learned in the service to new roles in the fast-growing data center world.

Cons

They only offer positions North America, South America, and Europe so far. Cant wait till we expand to Asia, Africa and Australia!
